Refund Policy

HirePilot is operated by FORCCAST TECHNOLOGY PTY LTD (ACN 678 585 563). This Refund Policy sets out the circumstances under which refunds may be offered for the HirePilot Job Search Pass.

1. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the service re-supplied if the service fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2. Job Search Pass — Refund Eligibility

The Job Search Pass is a one-time payment for 60 days of access to premium features. Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. The following guidelines apply:

  • Technical failure: If you are unable to access the Job Search Pass features due to a confirmed technical fault on our side, a full refund will be issued.
  • Change of mind: We do not generally offer refunds for change of mind. If the purchase was made within the last 48 hours and no analysis has been performed, we may offer a refund at our discretion.
  • Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same pass twice, please contact us with proof of both charges and we will refund the duplicate.
  • Unsatisfactory AI results: Because AI-generated content is provided as a guide and results vary depending on input quality, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Refunds will not be issued solely because you disagree with the AI analysis or suggestions.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us through our Contact page with the subject line “Refund Request.”
  2. Include the email address associated with your HirePilot account and your Stripe payment receipt or transaction ID.
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request.
  4. We will respond within 10 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed through Stripe and returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Stripe Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing the Job Search Pass, you agree to Stripes terms and conditions. We do not store credit card details on our servers. Stripe may hold your payment information in accordance with their own privacy and refund policies.

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge through your bank or card issuer, we will provide Stripe with evidence of the transaction and your use of the service. If the chargeback is found in your favour, your access to premium features will be revoked. Abuse of the chargeback process may result in account suspension.
