Terms of Service

HirePilot is a service provided by FORCCAST TECHNOLOGY PTY LTD (ACN 678 585 563) (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using HirePilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service Description

HirePilot provides AI-powered resume analysis, ATS matching, and resume rewriting tools. Our free tier includes unlimited health checks. Paid features require a one-time Job Search Pass purchase for 60 days of access.

2. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). Nothing in these terms purports to exclude, restrict, or modify the application of the ACL or your rights under it. If you believe a guarantee under the ACL has been breached, please contact us immediately.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you upload. You must not upload resumes containing malicious content, copyrighted material you do not own, or false or misleading information. You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Payments & Stripe Terms

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store credit card details on our servers. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions. The Job Search Pass is a one-time payment for 60 days of access. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

5. Refunds

Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, all purchases are final. We may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. To request a refund, contact us through our Contact page. See our Refund Policy for full details.

6. AI-Generated Content

HirePilot uses artificial intelligence models to generate analysis and rewrite suggestions. AI-generated content is provided as a guide only and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. You should review all output before using it in any job application. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will result in job interviews, offers, or any specific outcome.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HirePilot provides its service “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee job interviews, offers, or specific outcomes from using our service. Where the ACL implies a guarantee, warranty, or condition that cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the supply of the service again or the cost of having the service supplied again.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

Resume files, ATS analyses, and rewrite results are automatically deleted 7 days after upload. You may request earlier deletion through your dashboard or by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and any applicable federal courts of Australia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the service and may request account deletion.
